Landmark Senior Living at Charleston House offers 80 one-bedroom apartments for one or two people. The community is warm and inviting and residents proudly call it home. Residents can enjoy spending time in the outdoor courtyard with friends or in the Great Room listening to music on the baby grand piano. The Great Room is the perfect place for gatherings and activities and also features the mural of The Swan City Park created by local artist Frank Mittelstadt. The Charleston House memory care program, Morning Star, consists of 40 apartments. The staff is selected based on their compassion for seniors who suffer from dementia or Alzheimer’s. Residents are treated with dignity in all aspects of their lives and are encouraged to participate in enriching activities. The Morning Star program caters to the spirit of each resident and helps create a sense of purpose and success.
I love it here, I’m the happiest I’ve been in some time! My health has improved since I’ve been living here at The Charleston House. I love the socialization here. All the staff are friendly & very helpful. I do really enjoy the food served here too!
I toured many other facilities in the area before deciding on The Charleston House. This is hands down the best place in the area for me & my husband. It’s beautiful, has a spacious courtyard, wonderful outdoor activities in the summer, walking paths. The building has nice bright colors which makes it a homey and cherry feel. The staff and the management are all wonderful!
Each community is focused on delivering the highest quality of care to the residents.
I really love the care givers here at The Charleston House. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have lots of friends and like helping some of the new residents when they first come to live here. We have all the activities you can imagine, you can be as busy as you want to be. I am so happy my family found The Charleston House and decided to bring me here!
